To ensure players are always able to see their ‘saved numbers’ in their player journey, they should log in and ensure those are saved to their account. And good news – 'favourite numbers' within your account can now be seen in your player journey across both the website and the National Lottery apps. You will now only see the next ticket on your account for tickets purchased by Direct Debit. The new website is designed to improve the user experience, performance and accessibility.
