@LeithDunick Exactly what I was thinking the other day as I waited there …the city had the ability to control the lights at the intersection to allow through traffic to continue moving and then can change the lights when they’re done paving. Doesn’t make sense 🤷‍♀️

Question: Does it make any sense for the lights to keep changing at Memorial Avenue and the Harbour Expressway, which is closed in both directions at the intersection? Like why am I sitting there for 90 seconds when there's no Expressway traffic and it's physically blocked off?

A sad day here in Halifax. My mom went peacefully in her sleep tonight at the Halifax Infirmary. She was 87 and was a great mom and grandmother. She'll be missed by everyone.
