@sappholives83 @Tachardiella So sorry to hear this is the direction of travel, it’s a very uncertain process to go through. I can only speak for myself but my MS responded well when I cut out dairy and meat. Keeping everything crossed for you

I don’t usually do product placement, but in this case I owe Grok a debt of gratitude. I was having a bunch of little symptoms, and none of them really seem that related. I put them into Grok mostly for the heck of it, and inside of three minutes it was telling me that I needed to see a neurologist. Well, I did go to the neurologist yesterday morning, and lo and behold, Grok was right. I am in fact having neurological issues that go deeper than I’d realized. and they are beginning the process of testing for MS and other neurological issues related to demyelination. (I think that’s the right word.) They found weakness in both arms and my right leg, as well as significant balance issues when I close my eyes or do the heel-toe walk. My pupils were also less reactive to light than they should have been. So yeah, this is gonna be fun :/. Without Grok, I’d still be wondering vaguely if maybe I should say something about these issues to a doctor, and probably deciding not to, because individually none of them seemed that bad.

I was woken this morning at 1:45am to the sound of breaking glass and then the sound of an outboard boat engine heading away. My youngest daughter lives in a narrowboat that is moored alongside mine here in London. As I got up to see what was going on, my phone went and it was her. She had woken to someone smashing her bedroom window with a hammer, two feet from her head as she slept. She was covered in glass. Her bed was covered in glass. I rushed around and her window was completely smashed. It will have taken them several attempts to smash the whole window out as they had. Everywhere was glass. On my daughter, on the bed. Everywhere. She called the police in tears and badly shaken and they told her they weren’t going to bother coming out as it had happened now and that was that. She got a crime reference number. A young woman in London has her bedroom window smashed in the middle of the night as she sleeps and the police aren’t interested. I need to tell you all; it is essential that you realise that we do not have a police service in this country. It is essential that you realise that and take measures as I am doing, to protect yourself and your family. You will not receive help from the police. I am not now going to rant about who I believe they are here to protect, but it certainly isn’t decent, working people like my daughter. I’m incredibly proud of my daughter who is of course, very, very shaken up. This was an horrendous incident but with a bloke smashing her bedroom window in as she slept, I don’t need to explain that it could have been far worse. I could not despise the police more. They’re not fit to wear a uniform. I shall ensure that anyone who harms my family will be far less healthy than they began the day. I’m really angry. I’ve spent the night emptying the millions of glass shards from my daughter’s duvet, sheets and pillowcases. Her head was within two feet of where someone with a hammer was smashing in her bedroom window. I’ve boarded up the window to make it secure. Take care out there people. You are alone when this happens. Ensure you can protect yourself. It’s all you have. There is no support and no backup. Please realise that and take action to defend yourself and your family.

Even after wiping his spit off my face, this guy had to be repeatedly told not to touch me when he grabbed my arm on Saturday in Ipswich. Aggressive little man brought a whole bunch of misogyny to shut women up when talking about same sex intimate care.

This woman is a warrior, she’s brave, she’s smart and there isn’t a thing she doesn’t know about the “gender debate” Most of all, she’s my friend and I’d face any army with her. Do give her a follow and please retweet her post so everyone can see what this man is like

This is one of the worst things I’ve ever read. 48 women reported their neurologist for sexual assault, but the male judge sided with the male doctor. This was a neurologist who was doing vaginal exams, but the judge decided that was completely normal, even though another (female) doctor testified that no, it definitely wasn’t.

It requires re-posting - long post. Share among your networks and re-post. Please read to end then contact your local, provincial, or federal leader/representative [Link to news story at end] Male judge Craig Parry (Kitchener) acquits neurologist of 48 counts of sexual assault against 48 female patients. Yes, that's right - 48 female patients came forward. 48 female patients were not believed. 48 female patients apparently deemed unreliable Male judge discounts expert testimony of Dr. Vera Bril - yes, female doctor and expert - who told the court that it is not norm to do vaginal exams, breast exams or exams of other intimate areas during appointments for neurological concerns. Go figure! However, male judge knows better than female doctor/expert. He finds the evidence of 48 women unreliable. He acquits male accused anyway, despite the 'doctor' having had license revoked in 2019 by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Looking for any male who has had a prostate exam when they went to doctor for neurological concerns. We'd love to year from you. What happened during the acquittal of Jeffrey Sloka? ctvnews.ca/kitchener/arti…

@sheawilliamsy @truthcanbehard Don’t attack Susan who it has taken me 10 seconds to assess as a normal woman who has had abuse from a weirdo lefty. Trans are very largely fetishist people. Nothing wrong with a fetish as long as it’s not taken seriously but don’t pretend its normal behaviour. Goodnight sir.
