I feel like I am going insane. The Final Four started airing on TBS in *2014*! Maybe my algorithm is broken but why am I seeing so many people on here who think this is a new development?

I did. Most of us did. It was part of the game.
Doesn't mean it should be.
Now as a professor, I advocate for compensating my students. They do fantastic work. And any broadcast selling ad inventory can afford to pay them.

Keep saying yes. Find a way to take on any and every opportunity regardless of the sport. Be the same person off the air as you are on it. Also, be willing to work for free, it happens but it'll pay off. And take feedback - when people give it, it means they care. Here to help!
