Doesn't mean it should be.
Now as a professor, I advocate for compensating my students. They do fantastic work. And any broadcast selling ad inventory can afford to pay them.

Keep saying yes. Find a way to take on any and every opportunity regardless of the sport. Be the same person off the air as you are on it. Also, be willing to work for free, it happens but it'll pay off. And take feedback - when people give it, it means they care. Here to help!

Three-man booths are hard. Especially with the tempo of basketball. Each play their role perfectly here in a highlight you're going to hear replayed for many many years.
