My entire life, I’ve struggled to relate to most people. Small talk never interested me, and I find most people uninteresting. I much preferred numbers, analytics, and building things. Some call it antisocial. My friends call it autism. I call it a higher level of intelligence.

𝕏 is simple. “DO NOT OVERTHINK.” Post what people want to; Hear, agree, disagree, or learn from. Stop talking about things no one cares about.

Two founders. Same idea. Same market. Same traction. One went to Stanford. One didn't. One raised in three months. One is still trying. Your network matters a lot.

A good sales review asks better questions: Where are deals getting stuck? Which objections repeat? Which lead sources convert? Where is follow-up weak? Which customers close fastest? Revenue problems usually leave clues. Track the right things. Then fix the pattern.

4,000 saved notes are worthless if search cannot bring back last year's best idea Build the Obsidian setup backward from retrieval 30-minute setup: 1. Store the vault as plain markdown files on your machine. 2. Use `[[note name]]` links so ideas can point at each other. 3. Add QuickAdd for capture in under 7 seconds. 4. Send every raw thought into `00 - CAPTURE` with a timestamp. 5. Connect Claude Desktop to the vault through a local MCP server or Desktop Extension. 6. Create one folder for finished work: `03 - OUTPUT`. Daily routine: > capture fast > process for 10 minutes at night > link each useful note to related notes > ask Claude to search the vault before decisions > draft from prior notes before writing > put finished work in `03 - OUTPUT` Weekly review: > 20 minutes > clear stale captures > link orphan notes > check which notes fed decisions, drafts, deliverables, or actions > update `CLAUDE.md` if active projects changed Do not measure note count. Measure contribution rate: notes used / notes captured 400 notes that helped you ship beat 8,000 notes you never open
