@navycshelby @MV33Statpad No he didn't, he used his battery on the restart because he went early. Oscar reacted well and was able to keep his battery charged as he had to lift.

One of my favorite podcasters pointed at that Boomers laughed at Gen X and Millennials for not being able to do things like change oils or build houses. Millennials and Gen X laughed at them for not being able to use a computer or code. But everyone laughs at Gen Z cause they cant do either, especially since they cant read and computer interface is much more user friendly (drag and drops, etc.)

@hipersayanX @LundukeJournal A lot of laws can apply to you even if you're not a resident of a certain place. For example you can be required to follow Australian consumer protection laws if your customers are in Australia, even if you and your business are not.

The FreeBSD based MidnightBSD operating system has decided to not offer their system to Californians due to the recently passed bill requiring age verification in operating systems.

short Mac review after using it for the past 3 days: - using macOS made me feel like modern Windows is truly stuck in 2009 - the Finder is so good I love it - I love how complete and modern everything feels in the OS and not half-assed - battery life is insane for a computer

@_erikaroper Often software can help here.
I use NVIDIA Broadcast to filter out background noise, but that isn't available unless you have an NVIDIA GPU.
There should be other apps out there that can help you out if you don't.

Can anyone recommend good earbuds for working in an office with loud people? My current ones are good for me, but the mic picks up all the sound so that ppl on the other end can hear everything my office mates are saying when they are in calls etc.

Power outage last night. I reset the switch but didn't realise it was meant to be facing the other way.
Power came back to the suburb around 1am but because I flipped the switch it didn't come on until I realised in the morning. Going to have to ditch fridge stuff :/
