It seems the NYT had no hesitation at all granting anonymity to a Trump White House official as that Trump White House official exculpated Trump of any knowledge of this racist post. But how odd that the NYT didn't get *the name of the staffer* in exchange for the anonymity!

Vanderbilt baseball is 6-10 in the NCAA Tournament since NC State was kicked out of the 2021 CWS. They have not been to a Super Regional and lost 2 home regionals during this time

@statefansnation If every school keeps what they earn it’s not really a conference, except for scheduling convenience. It’s every school for themselves. Any chasms that exist are between schools

Feels like it was the only way to incent names like Miami, FSU & Clemson to consider staying in the conference. If they can get to the CFP and keep the money that they earn, and then it certainly helps mitigate the financial chasm that exists between the ACC and the SEC in the Big Ten.

The ACC giving the full $20M CFP bag to Miami only to see Miami outspend an ACC school to get their top player on the portal’s final day… is not ideal. And calls into question the purpose/intent/rules around conferences, NIL and rev share.
