@AvonandsomerRob Stopped altogether getting fish & chips when they priced it like a damn gourmet meal. Nearly all the fish & chip shops in my area have closed down because nobody wants to pay the ridiculous prices.

My local Chippy is charging £18.50 for a large Haddock, Chips & mushy peas. Are you cutting down your visits to the chippy on Fridays, or switching out the fish for a sausage or pie to save cash?

The hourly rate you make when on benefits as a single person with a dash of anxiety is £11.12 The minimum hourly rate in the U.K. is £12.21. Many hospitality jobs, retail jobs and even care jobs pay this. Now why would I bust my balls for £12.21 which is ONLY £1.09 extra when I can be chilling on benefits on a similar amount of money with my anxiety of course? Benefits should be uncomfortable- it should make people feel like I can’t wait to get off of them. Instead it’s not a bad lifestyle for many who may not be ambitious.

@Mr_Husky1 You should be thankful you're doing delivery work where you get tips. In the UK, they don't tip the delivery drivers AT ALL. It's expected for the drivers to be paid enough by whatever app they are working for. And rightly so. The consumer has to pay enough tax already.
