RETIREMENT | Today we celebrate Dave Bailey's retirement from within our Stores. Dave has been with Wright Engineering for 32 years and will clock out tomorrow lunchtime for the last time. Enjoy retirement Dave and thank you for your services.

FRIDAY FEELING | We are all very excited to celebrate at our Centenary Party this evening at The @CrownePlaza in Stratford-upon-Avon. 100 years of Wright Engineering in this very splendid town and we look forward to many more yet!

ON THE MACHINE | Coming off one of our Doosan Puma GT2600's today has been this custom job. A customer's roller on their tractor had failed them so we've made them a new one. That's started with the new ends (vs the old) which have been made from one solid piece of mild steel.

THROWBACK THURSDAY | In 1998, with bailiffs looking to recover debt, we were one of a number of local businesses that made a cash donation to our local football side, @StratfordTownFC. This plate is still in our reception and we wish Stratford Town all the best on Sunday.

ON THE MACHINE | We've currently got some 3"BSPM x 2.5" BSPF Lugged Stainless Steel adapters coming off our Doosan Puma GT2100M! A lovely job that will go into stock to keep our stock levels high.

WEBSITE | We've recently had our website re-done by local company @MIBusServ having previously been produced out in Israel. Head over and take a look whilst changes are still taking place everyday - wright-eng.co.uk

ON THE MACHINE | We have some 4" Spiral Part C's being machined on our Doosan Puma 400 today - they are then transferred onto our Leadwell V-22i for drilling. A fair few will be boxed and sent out this week!

Today we have Jack spinning 1.2mm Aluminium caps that measure 180 O.D. Aluminium is a ductile metal making it ideal for Metal Spinning and has quite a nice shine, don't you think? #UKMFG #Manufacturing

ON THE SAW | It's Monday morning, we're back at it! There's no "Monday Blues" here. Coming off our @istechsaws this morning is some 120mm diameter Arnite Polythene. From raw materials, to finished product - we've got you covered.
