Yeaah.. I face the same frustration using Gemini. It helped me drafting a script about US-Iran war and also cited credible news sources.... and then at different chat session, it said that US-Iran war never happened in our current timeline and also saying that the script we've been working on together as delusional. So bad.

@interesting_aIl If you know engineers, they don't get scared of any previous tech. It's just the company they're working for that's unwilling to spend that much on "unnecessary" things. Engineering is about making things work and cost-effective by avoiding what is deemed wasteful.

Can we all agree it's disgusting to walk into your home with outside shoes? That's the whole point of a foyer. The shoes go off in the foyer, your household shoes go on, clean house, peace of mind. If you don't have a foyer, the entryway is fine. The only reason to be against this is either laziness, because it's something new/different, or you feel anxiety asking guests to adhere to your rule structure. Do not fear. They must adhere. You are the master of your domain.

Wearing outside shoes inside the house. According to Dr.Gerba, Microbiologist, there's a 96% chance there's fecal matter on your sole and +400k units of bacteria.

@monetization_x @nikitabier Yes, this is exactly what I think too. Creators spend a lot of time crafting an article only for AI to read it? Then, why should we make any article at all? Better back to Twitter micro blogging then when writers try to shorten the contents from the beginning.

From Grok's explanation: it's "mirroring YouTube's history tool" "For creators, it could enhance content discovery by signaling past interactions to the algorithm, potentially boosting visibility and monetization opportunities on X." Will it makes writing quality article worth it now?

Who're "they" you refers to? I said it in general terms. For example, All citizen of my country know that there are a lot of remote places in the country that can't have internet and it's really hard and too expensive for ISPs to build connection to those remote places and the investment, they think, doesn't worth it because: those are remote places, the people there are poor and can only afford cheap internet, and no business will open there. Then, comes starlink: a new tech developed by US based company that offered remote places cheap internet access without the need to build massive and expensive infrastructure (underground optic cables, towers, etc) However, starlink can not operate freely here. A lot of limitation that are impose by our government. Why? One of the reason is that the most popular ISP here is own by the government and they afraid to lose control over the market monopoly. This is one form of "blocking internet access" in my book. Just imagine if those poor and remote people can have internet access? They can study the world, some of them will make vlogs of their daily life which is a unique way of life that might spark global interest, banks will have easier access to open a branch there, and in the end the economy of those people will improve dramastically. A lot of top universities in the world will give scholarship to people from such places with less-strict requirements.

@x_techbytes @PeterDiamandis we're not blocking access they DON'T HAVE ELECTRICITY because they CAN'T MAKE ANYTHING NICE. they're blocking their own access by being unevolved.

You've got 8 billion potential customers on Earth, BUT... In 2026, only ~5.3 billion have internet access. That means 2.7 billion people still can't access the exponential tools we talk about daily—AI, telemedicine, online education, digital banking. The gap: The missing ~3 billion represent the largest untapped market in human history. Starlink alone now has 10,000+ satellites in orbit (just crossed that milestone yesterday). When connectivity becomes ubiquitous in the next 3-4 years, we're not just adding users—we're adding builders, creators, entrepreneurs. The implication: The next Einstein, the next Elon, the next medical breakthrough might be sitting in a village without Wi-Fi right now. Abundance doesn't just mean "more for current participants"—it means unlocking latent genius at global scale.
