@getAkiflow Thanks! It only seems to happen in certain view modes. So it’s not the most urgent thing ever 👍

@yonasu Hey there! Just wanted to let you know we're on it! 😊 The shortcuts are based on keyboard layout. To check them out, hover over the arrows at the top right of the calendar. If that's not doing the trick, you can try the two keys before your keyboard's backspace button.

Hey @getAkiflow! What's up with this keyboard shortcut? Can I configure this somewhere or can you tell me what the shortcut actually is? Thanks!

@linear Curious. Are your maintenance projects things that live on forever (never closed) or are they small bundles of issues. Something completely different?

We added a Maintenance status to capture evergreen projects as well as projects that have shipped but are still actively being worked on (e.g. to incorporate changes based on customer feedback).

Yesterday, we introduced custom project statuses to give product teams more flexibility in their project planning. Here is how we use the feature to run projects at Linear ↓

@Iamkalir I’ve owned a coworking space before, €240 is very cheap for what you’re getting here. Totally worth it!

I rented an office for 240€ per month. This is what I got: • new network (It’s inside a co-working space) • free coffee, tea, water • chair and table • 15sqm room • 24/7 entry • focus Do you think this is worth it?

I'm cutting my monthly costs by more than 80% by self-hosting everything I started indiehacking a year ago & was using mostly free services for my projects: - Vercel - Supabase - PostHog analytics - AWS EC2 first year free for micro instance But over the last year, my projects have finally started getting some more traffic + my free credits on AWS ran out. I am looking to scale even more so I know costs can get out of hand pretty quickly (+ I have seen some scary stories here recently). Monthly, I would have, on average: - $50 for Supabase (5+ projects) - $45 for my AWS EC2 instances + variable costs for renting GPU for my AI projects + I also just surpassed the limits of the free plan on Vercel in terms of bandwidth, Image Optimization & Speed Insight points The only project that's (finally) making some money so far is ImagenMIA, and with only 60% margins or so due to high model training costs (+ still early phase). On the one hand I am super happy that ImagenMIA is starting to generate some money on its own (all organic, SEO-based traffic) but on the other hand, infra costs are starting to climb up and are only going to get worse as it scales. Luckily I saw a post from @dobroslav_dev mentioning Hetzner and Coolify. So I started digging into it and have migrated the first couple of projects to test everything out. Here is my setup: - One small VPS (€3.98) for Coolify - 2vCPU - 4GB RAM - 40GB SSD - 20 TB Egress traffic A bigger one (€14.51) to host all my projects: - 8 vCPU - 16 GB RAM - 160 GB SSD - 20 TB Egress traffic I will be self hosting everything: - Supabase - Front-end - NodeJS Express API Endpoints - N8N - PostHog I was a bit afraid but tbh, Coolify makes things so much easier (OS alternative to Vercel/Netlify) + now I no longer have to worry about extreme bandwidth costs in case of traffic spikes! Very happy I built all my projects around OS software. This is what's allowing me to just self-host everything instead of being stuck & having to pay. Looking to migrate my bigger projects over there hopefully the next couple of days!

Does anyone know if there have been any recent changes to iframes and drag events in Chrome/Firefox? Got a legacy project where images from an iframe is dragged and dropped to the parent and that has suddenly stopped working. No errors. Couldn't find anything in the changelogs...

@enjojoyy It’s weird at first, especially if the tradition is deeply rooted among your friends. But after a couple of times no one cares anymore and it’s all just normal.

Looks like Polyfill.io was sold to a Chinese company that offers CDN/DDOS protection services. Not to say they aren't trustworthy, but allowing a company to load a script on your page implicitly requres a lot of trust, and is the reason why many don't even load google analytics. In most cases you don't even need polyfill.io so its worth checking if you can remove it More info: x.com/triblondon/sta…
