Community is everything in this space and heres the most beautiful example I want to share with y’all… I had my AHA Wave 6 mentees jump on a call with Wave 7 last night and it reinforced something most creators don’t want to hear: This only works if you put in the reps. It’s easy to look at someone’s day 100 and spiral about your day 1, but every single person on that call started confused, inconsistent, and figuring it out in real time. What changed wasn’t luck. It was execution. And that’s the part people skip. Everyone wants the outcome, very few are willing to operate like it’s a real business. But that wasn’t the best part, this was… I asked them 2 hours before the call if they could come on. Almost all of them showed up. @MalaikaMHere is literally in Vietnam right now and still set a 5:30am alarm to be there. That’s the standard - That’s the difference. Someone in this community helped me early on without expecting anything back. It stuck with me more than any tip or strategy ever did. Just someone taking the time to answer a question, share advice, or point me in the right direction when I needed it. Now I try to do the same whenever I can. "🤔The friction you’re dodging might be your biggest payoff." -> You'll often run into friction/resistance with things that you subconsciously KNOW will move your life forward. It has more weight to it, so it has more friction as a result. Once you lean into discomfort, you'll realize very quickly how much you wasted 10x more time avoiding something rather than just doing it.

STILL SEARCHING. LOOKING FOR ACTUAL GOOD UGC CREATORS 🚨🚨

You can go an entire day now without actually talking to anyone. And it shows in how people interact with brands and agencies. Everything sounds polished, optimized, and kind of lifeless. I sent over deliverables to an agency recently and threw in a random blooper reel at the end. It wasn’t required, I just thought it was funny so I shared it.🤷🏻‍♂️ And they responded to it. They commented on it, laughed about it 😂 and it felt like an actual human conversation. Not because it was perfect, but because it felt like there was a real person on the other side. I still keep things professional. I just don’t strip the personality out of it anymore when I reach out or reply. People remember how you made them feel, not what you said. That matters just as much as the work itself. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

“I create content for brands to use in marketing”

A pattern I've noticed in stuck people: They're always busy. They never stop moving. They have 47 tabs open and a notebook-sized to-do list. But if you ask them what they accomplished this week that actually matters, their mind goes blank. Busyness isn't a badge of honor.

I’m begging y’all to actually build your personal brand and stay consistent with it. Last year I was mainly on platforms, and it put a ceiling on me. I was at the mercy of whatever got posted instead of creating my own opportunities. Now I’m posting content I genuinely enjoy, getting better with every video, and bringing in better fitting, higher paying deals inbound. It’s not easy and it’s not quick, but it’s been 100% worth it. Seeing how limited platforms have been lately just confirms it for me. I would’ve quit UGC if I stayed relying on that. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

AI is not going to take your spot as a creator. But the creators who know how to use it are going to outpace you, and it will have nothing to do with talent. The difference is in output. Ideas get fleshed out faster, systems get built quicker, and there is way less time wasted staring at a blank screen trying to figure out what to make next. I started using it to tighten my content strategy and organize my workflow, and it immediately removed a layer of friction I did not need to be dealing with in the first place. I am still doing the thinking and the creating. I just stopped doing every step manually, and that has freed up a ton of my bandwidth for more important tasks. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

I don’t know if I’d say “theme”. Fitness isn’t one of my pillars for my creator account because I have a fitness coaching page as well. Your content pillars are going to veer around what your personal brand identity is. For me, I consider myself “your internet big bro” and cover topics like mindset, lifestyle(fashion & skincare) and a creator journey pillar for the UGC side of things. The internet big bro stems from me not having a father figure growing up, so I had to figure a lot of stuff out on my own. All my pillars work around my personal brand of “hey I’ve been through this before and understand your struggle, so let me give some guidance like a big bro would”. Most of my content is aimed at a younger male audience as a result because that’s who I resonate with the most

@zackcreates What are your content pillars? I’m still trying to understand what people are posting. I don’t think it’s random things — there has to videos that follow a certain theme (?) I’m guessing lifestyle/working out is one of yours?

If you're a writer, be okay with repeating what's already been said, because most ideas have already been exhausted, and genuinely novel ideas are rare. Nobody follows you because you're talking about something new. They follow you because they want to read your point of view.

@DavidCreatesUGC Tried using it for a month and ended up returning it. Wasn't a fan of the colors on it. Spent way too much time trying to color correct it 😵‍💫

Guys… I’m guilty I have had the Osmo Pocket 3 since December, and have not used it AT ALL 🥲 But I promise myself to use it more. To incorporate it more in my content It is a great camera. I love how compact it is and the quality is 🤌🏻 Do you have any tips? Drop it in the comments hehehe

Hiring a VA won’t fix a broken system. Early on I tried to offload pitching before I had my own schedule and workflow locked in. It didn’t create leverage, it just exposed how inconsistent everything was behind the scenes. There was nothing to plug into. No clear process, no tracking, no real understanding of what “good” even looked like. So instead of buying back time, I added cost and lost control of the outcome. I don’t delegate something until I can run it cleanly myself. A VA should multiply what’s already working, not compensate for what isn’t built yet. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity
