I still cannot believe that Spirit is shutting down for reals At first I thought it was literally fake news that would go viral But last week I got on their website and I couldn’t even access my upcoming reservations So crazy to think an airline that is known in the entire world just runs out of business like that 😭

MAKE YOUR FUTURE SELF’S LIFE EASIER 🫵🏻 (your future self is begging you) You know when you leave something for later, then you forget to do it… so you end up not doing anything? I used to do that EVERY DAY. And what actually has helped A LOT is to actually plan those things in advance or in my actual calendar You want to post examples consistently? Schedule them over the weekend or literally set an alarm for the hour you want to post them at Don’t leave all the work for your poor brains that already has a lot on its plate If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail 👀

Remember that we are dealing with humans behind these screens So please, be nice. Be courteous. Be PLEASANT to work with Doesn’t cost you anything. But you can make somebody’s workday so much better and easier. Do not be that person who always is sending the Slack message ruining somebody’s life 🙏🏻

I was very easy to convince as a kid lol (not proud of it but man enough to say it🤣) so as soon as influencers and people selling courses online started to pop off I instantly believed that “internet” money was real and REALLY possible to make. I believed it was possible, but had no idea how to make it happen for myself I didn’t know how that concept would apply to me, but there I was with 16 years of age assisting to webinars, taking “life coach” courses, etc. Even though I made no money from those, something changed in my mind… I never saw myself having a regular job, working for years at a company in the same cubicle, then retiring when I’m too old to travel or enjoy life Fast forward… I’m making a living off content, I know past me of 16 y/o is SO proud of how far we have gone and all the crazy stuff we have done!

My CTR on YouTube is currently 5.2%... But the best channels are doing 7% - 10%. And during last night’s jet lag attack in China at 3AM…. I tested out a new AI tool to try to increase mine. For years I did my thumbnails myself, often just a few hours before a video went live. In theory, I know that this is the exact opposite of what I should be doing as a YouTuber: I SHOULD be creating the title and thumbnail FIRST and then craft the intro to match the packaging. But I’ll be honest: that RARELY happens. I have 3 jobs. I’m an agency owner, a creator across 3 platforms, and I’m building a brand. I do not have 2-3 hours per week to crank out a few thumbnails manually. Especially now that I am back to (mostly) posting 1x per week. I decided to take @LumaLabsAI for a spin after they reached out and a few creator friends raved about it. Their new UNI-1 now includes API access so you can hook up to your own products, workflows, and tools directly to Luma.  This makes it SUPER EASY to create end to end workflows for static generation with a tool like Claude, for instance. For these, I had Claude fetch screenshots of my current thumbnails and I supplied it with an inspiration shot, and then it automatically used Luma’s UNI-1 to generate these. Still a work in progress but pretty neat.
