For almost 10 days, companies have been opening positions for "DevOps Engineer". On those, they describe the job position which requires a person capable of using cloud services, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring...

Aren't those responsibilities of modern Software Engineers? I'm writing an essay explaining why I believe DevOps is a culture, that all of us should embrace nowadays, and not a job position itself.
