@basicbrewing Sounds yummy... I just kegged a cider fermented on a Bastogne Belgian Ale yeast cake that had raspberry infused sugar syrup added to bring it up to 7.6% ABV... super dry at 1.002, but without that (is it?) astringency you can get from the raspberries. Summer here :)
