Poor guy doesn't know Indian laws. 89% fake dowry cases, 98% fake domestic violence cases, 58% fake rape cases. Evidence is just women's words as long she can remain consistent throughout. If she can, her words override all other proofs.

@downbadcomment Except, no, the law wont suport the woman if she cheats & has a kid with the other guy. A DNAtest will pretty much end any argument she has. My second wife tried this shit, court scrutinized her & dismissed just about every claim she had. Im in California BTW

@codedusting Shit, I fuckin dont. Like I said, my case was in California. Court ordered DNA test + evidence = none of that... the DV cases are a thing but with evidence against they'll actually drop charges or not charge you at all. Call need to loby to fix it like they did in Texas
