Food 1/2: Korean food is GOATed, like everything was delicious and they don't shy away from spice AT ALL, which for me was awesome though I know many of my brothers would struggle to survive :P

Food 2/2: Insanely different as well, even as a well-travelled person, I was amazed by how different the food options look from food in other parts of the world. SO MANY menu items pictured didn't look like food to me. All delicious btw.

Lifestyle: HOW IS IT SO INEXPENSIVE?! I left Canada 4 years ago, disappointed that everyday life had gotten so pricey. Much of the world is the same way now, but let's not make too much noise about that because noone told Korea and they are better for it. A fancy meal is $10!

Crypto: DEGENS EVERYWHERE this is true at a lot of crypto events but everyone here knows about ETH and BTC and their version of google just aquired a top Korean Crypto exchange. Bullish.

Culture 1/2: This place has something very special, a really strong belief in themselves.. They have a confidence in eachother: their subways have no gates because why would anyone steal a ticket. Many convenience stores have no cashiers because people can be trusted to pay.

Culture 2/2: They are extremely encouraging, straightforward (which some confuse for rude but I appreciate immensely), I had the opportunity while i was here to sit down with a co-founder of Naver, their google, we met randomly, he sat down with me for an hour. In Canada? never..

My Web3 Takeaways 1/2: RWAs are really picking up steam I think that the next couple years will really change the way that people think about ownership. Regular people are going to hold RWAs, call them "gold", and have no idea what a blockchain is.

My Web3 Takeaways 2/2: Institutions are coming.. FAST, IDK if it's because of the publicity from BlackRock or the tokenized Nasdaq or what, but I spoke day in day out with family offices and TradFi funds almost as much as I was talking to DeFi protocols and founders.
