Sitting too much is bad for one's health which is why I try to utilize my standing desk as much as I can so I am not seated for 8 hours each day while working. Are there any standing desk users out there who have benefited from its usage? I wonder if I need a walking treadmill 🤔
@sirjoeldean Been using the same standing desk from updesk for over 7y, tried several iterations with recumbent bike, foot mats, etc.. The winner is a balancing board which keeps me in movement.
