@CorePython i don't really see why SJS would do this at this point, if they're trying to make the playoffs this year. i have to imagine #9 gets flipped again for a defenseman. otherwise this makes no sense at all, relative to timeline and intentions

@32NYR Maybe in hopes of Smits falling to them which is possible considering there are some of pretty stupid teams picking in front of them

@CorePython i can't imagine they would bank their hopes on making the playoffs on the possibility that they get smits + slotting him in right away. they seem to want guys who can play now, which is ironic that they moved eklund. should've moved one of the odd men out instead
