@STEcopywriting Hi Sarah, no worries I understand. IT support is an essential service these days especially with people working from home. I offer a monthy support package for £20 + vat per computer per month and I look after everything. There are no charges, they get AV & unlimited support.

@101computersUK Thanks, Chris. It’s not for me – I’m happy with the service I get from my current company. Just doing some research to see what’s out there, as outsourcing IT support is something I recommend in Survival Skills for Freelancers 😊👋
