@1833Duke @nexta_tv This wasn’t even an out of control cop. He was trying to use the grapple device as designed and just missed and then the suspect who probably dodged a bit lost control and crashed. I’ve seen worse pit maneuvers that should never have been done. This wasn’t one of them.
