I'm after any molecular dynamics simulation data for some upcoming talks / videos. Can anyone help me out? I'm currently after ideally a simulation showing ions passing through an ion channel. Ideally lots of time steps, lots of atoms (waters, ions, EVERYTHING)

@dwmal1 Yes turns out it was a sick disk. (During an upgrade). Luckily one of the kernels was semi bootable and a quick fsck did the trick. The rest of the upgrade went mostly to plan most programs are working and the Bluetooth bug (which was why I was upgrading) even worked itself out!

Preprints are great... in theory. They get science out fast and without paywalls. But what good is a free archive of all scientific knowledge without journals to tell you which papers are worth your time, and without impact factors to tell you who to hire?
