@DavidShafer You stated that: "With verification, it is possible that we may be able to prove up to 5,000 dead people voted" Trump said: "5000 dead people voted, minimum." Trump knew this was not true. It was to an elected official. It was within his jurisdiction. That is a felony.

The the 12th century English chronicler Henry of Huntingdon addressed readers from the year 2135 in his Historia Anglorum? ‘Now I speak to you who will be living in the third millennium, around the 135th year. …I, who will already be dust by your time, have made mention of you in this book, so long before you are to be born, so that if - as my soul strongly desires - it shall come about that this book comes into your hands, I beg you, in the incomprehensible mercy of God, to pray for me, poor wretch.’

“This coffee is great!” Bland, uninspired, dismissed as small talk “I’m not racist, but this coffee is great!” Enigmatic, suspenseful, keeps people thinking

🇺🇦🇷🇺 100,000+ trenches and countless hours of mapping later, here is the final product of the most precise fortifications map ever realized of southern Ukraine (12,000 sq. km in Zaporizhzhia Oblast'). Every individual foxhole, dragon's teeth, or position is here in this picture. It features Ukraine's two "Zaluzhnyi lines" on top and Russia's two "Surovikin lines" in the center, as well as many smaller scattered defensive nodes. White: trenches, dugouts, foxholes, emplacements Yellow: anti-tank ditches Blue: dragon's teeth, blockposts, vehicle obstacles Gray: concertina wire, MZP "Putanka" tripwire In the comments is a picture better showing the extent of this square.

Radio Svoboda just dropped a bombshell investigation based on previously unpublished Russian military radio intercepts from the Kyiv offensive, March 2022. Key findings: As we all knew, the “goodwill gesture” was a lie. Russian units began withdrawing from Kyiv Oblast as early as March 25–26 — days before Moscow announced a pullback at the Istanbul talks on March 29. The intercepts and a recovered soldier’s diary confirm it was a battlefield retreat, not diplomacy. As we also knew, Bucha was organized. The 64th Motorized Rifle Brigade (Col. Omurbekov, callsign “Zveno”) ran systematic clearing ops in Bucha and Irpin. A subordinate testified Omurbekov personally ordered killing civilians found with phones and firing on evacuation vehicles. He was later made a Hero of Russia. War crimes on tape. Intercepts capture orders to detain, blindfold, and “interrogate” civilians. One exchange ends with a soldier responding to an order to question detainees: “Just kill the fuckers.” Total disorganization. Vehicles stalling, weapons failing, artillery hitting their own troops, commanders screaming at subordinates silent for 35 minutes. One officer threatened to bury his gun crew in a field over an 800-meter targeting error. Looting was systematic and acknowledged. Soldiers openly admitted stealing food and property from villages. A Russian military doctor from Buryatia filmed himself doing it. Scorched-earth retreat. As they pulled back, Russian forces shelled towns and villages indiscriminately to cover the withdrawal — one officer ordered all remaining ammo expended. Those units were then redeployed to the east and south.

@Trey_Explainer @GrandYuric Huh, this is making me think of a possible comparison between Greeks walking through Persia and with Russians walking through Paris after the Napoleonic wars and how that spurred on its officers to the Decemberist revolt. I wonder if the development differences were as stark.
