Takeoff’s mother and father are fighting over the wrongful death settlement from his 2022 murder. His mother says she raised him alone, fully supported him throughout his life, and later received financial help from him. She also claims his father was “barely present” with little to no support. His father argues he is still entitled to half of the settlement money. The two are also disputing whether Georgia or Texas should handle the case. A judge has yet to rule.
