If we lose, we get nothing. Many of the players will be making very little NIL even if we prevail. Have you ever hired a lawyer on a contingency fee? Have they ever charged less? I'm sure the answer is that they charged a lot more. If the athletes and their families prefer to pay an hourly rate, that's fine by me. We have received no pushback thus far. So, why do you care so much?

If I were the NCAA, I would just come out with a strong statement saying that if you play any players that we ruled ineligible, the NCAA tournament selection committee will count those games as a loss.

Again, I am not saying I agree with changing it now. I just worry it’s gonna happen anyway and last year’s senior class is gonna get eligible in October or November.

I’m almost to the point where I think the NCAA should just grant all of last year’s seniors a fifth year and just get it over with.
Just get some finality to it rather than dragging it out in the courts.
That way coaches can get their rosters done before school starts. Players thinking of going overseas can make informed decisions.

Kingston Flemings is one of the most humble, Self-aware kids I have ever met.
Had 25 points earlier this season. proceeded to say he wasn’t deserving of post-game interview. Would often say he was “unplayable” in games.
