She changed her own birth certificate to make it appear that she was 17 when she was really 18. According to court documents, inmate Katie Mountain is accusing Blacer of threatening to r*pe and impregnate her. She accuses Balcer of trapping her in a bathroom and forcibly kissing her. "Don't worry, if you don't wake up, it's because I smothered you with a pillow," Blacer allegedly said, according to CBS13.
