If you attempt to cancel your home security service with @ADT, the customer service reps will transfer you to a nonexistent office and then you will be disconnected, time after time after time. Go with any other company. They are the worst.

NEVER use @ADT for home security. I sold my house and canceled my account on 10/23/2022, and they have continued to bill me. I have attempted five follow up cancellations, each time getting disconnected after an "attempt to transfer" to "account services." This company harasses.
