Anyone know how to get out of an @ADT contract? Dude shows up to service my system this morning and warns me that I’m being charged $379 +90 some dollars for every 15 minutes. I’m so over having a system that I have to service myself.

@ADT sold us peace of mind for a house under renovation with workers coming and going - your system as the only way to control access. It fails, we report it, spent 5 hours today on calls “priority” response is days away. That's not peace of mind. Peace in hotel now. Do better

@ADT I just had the 3rd call from a Karen, I explained that she was my 3rd sales call. Her answer wss to accuse me of appling in 3 places and she put the phone down! Definately not the approach that one would expect if I had a problem.

I have been a customer of ADT for over 25 years at my current address and about 30 years in total. I called to see if you could send me some window stickers to replace those you provided for free and we put up 25 years ago. I was told they would cost £1.12 each. What a disgraceful way to treat a long-standing loyal customer.

@ADT I cancelled my service on 2/24 after 5 years. Told them I moving on 4/8. The alarmed turned off on 4/8 as directed now they want to bill me thru 5/23 saying they need 30 days notice? That was the point of telling them back in February. Guess they won’t be in my new house!!

@ADT Had not been having very good service with ADT. To prevent me from cancelling, given discount for a year. Today, my original higher payment taken out of checking account, informed person not authorize to give me the discount, a fact that NOBODY bothered to made me aware of.
