@ADT @Rhonda_BMXMom I've been told they can't remove my card ( I've always pd electronically via my bank). No 1 could do it even though I canceled my order. I was told several stories of what they can't do & no, they won't send out an email confirming cancelation of order or my appointment .

@ADT @Rhonda_BMXMom I've been with ADT a long time,but the last 2 days have opened my eyes. I was going 2 upgrade & gave my card info 4 a deposit on upgrade. U took that deposit & put it on my regular payments, forcing me 2 pay in advance & eliminated any deposit. I called & called but no 1 helped

@ADT My daughter spent $4500 paid in full about 3 weeks ago. And has two floodlights sitting in garage in a box as they said more money to install those…. Which is NOT what the salesman said….. and she was already charged $450 for an electrician. Shady!!!

I want to thank @ADT for the superb fast service I received, when my smoke detector was triggered. NO FIRE, Thankfully. Just some burnt food. My fancy expensive smoke detectors in my house didn’t go off, just my ADT one. Thank you ADT, and thank you for the 30 minute hold, to allow my house to clear out from the smoke. 😭🤣🙏

@ADT are y'all really not allowed to remote reboot our cameras? I've had to request this to be done over 70-80 times in the past 5-6 years and now all of a sudden you're not able to? I have to physically get on a ladder and unplug/plug it? That's not what I pay for. #dobetter

Just called @ADT to cancel my service. First, their AI kept trying to ask me about moving when I said why I'm canceling is none of y'all's business. After I requested to speak to a human, I got sent to someone that wasn't in account management. Once I got to that person, I got hung up on after being told thd process would take 10-15 minutes and asking if they needed anything from me. Canceling services shouldn't be this hard.

@ADT your customer service is awful. I paid $360 for 3 outdoor cameras that I do not want. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a return label and nothing has been sent. Every time I call customer service they try and sell me new products. You are a disgrace. #adtfail

A company that deserves to be out of business is @adt. They're legit awful. 1) they do a terrible job of protecting your home. 2) their website to manage your account doesn't work and live chat ends the chat right away. 3) you have to call them to do anything. 4) They continue to bill customers months after account has been canceled.
