@Profeco @ADT depende de ustedes ? Tengo desde diciembre queriéndoles cancelar , les he mandado correos, les he hecho llamadas y hacen caso omiso. Ya les mandé todo lo que solicitan y se niegan a cancelar y siguen cobrando automáticamente mes a mes (el contrato ya venció)

@ADT Nah. 20 months of paying $44 per month with no alarm no help crickets on the phone. Your guy is telling me the most he can do is refund me 1 month. Gtfo with that kind of customer service and he hung up when I told him i was not satisfied. I am canceling.

@ADT this is now the 3rd time your lifeshield partners promise to call me back + fail to do so. 2 x they had me on hold for 90+ minutes never to get to the phone, 3 x they said they d call back. My panel has not worked in 20+ months yet i pay monthly. I am cancelling my contract.

Getting ahead of the appointment today: On a recorded call with Comcast’s Xfinity install for my rental on Bainbridge Island, WA—I agreed to $80.00 per month in WiFi services (everything else was sold as part of that bundle.) The cost was $70.00 per month if I used a debit card—and I waived that option. Today, I received the billing breakdown FAR exceeding my cost expectations. AND, notice the language that they are recommending I hand over my devices to the installer to allow them to connect them to the new WiFi. This is #LIHES. This is how people are exploited from the sales process through installation. Unless/until the installer corrects the billing anomalies, I will turn them away at the door and I would never hand over my secure devices to a service technician.

@ADT is unable to do basic accounting. I have called at least 6 times. I get a pat on the head and told everything will be fine. Well it isn’t. Subscribers need to think about signing up with ADT.

@ADT This will not stand. I terminated my contract with Alder Home Security in June 2024 when they were acquired by ADT, then ADT continued to charge me $58.84 a month. Customer service is a nightmare and I'm still being charged. Anyone else out there been robbed by this company?

Hello. We apologize for the inconvenience. The tech noted in the service order that the transformer was not getting power from the home even after replacing it. Did they advise you that there was an issue with the system getting power from the home? They should only quote labor if there isn't an issue from the system.

@ADT Hi.. I cancelled my contract last week for my contract to end on 31 March 2026. I emailed my cancelation and was promised a call back within 48hrs. Its more than 120hrs and still no call back ... This is the poor service that has made me change from ADT.

Yes, I have @VivintHome but only bc I can’t afford to replace it and I do not recommend them at all. You are better off creating a system from Apple Home products. If you must have a monthly system go with @ADT!!

Woke up to two loud bangings at 9:20. There is no way door sensors wouldn’t have picked up someone coming inside or leaving and the outside cameras pick someone up near the yard. Thug cop and his hackers are harassing @ADT. Theyre still protecting their neighbor. Please stop them

@ADT is simply the WORST! Installed a new system in my home less than 1 month ago. 1 exterior camera worked only 1 day. Despite being told when scheduling today’s appointment that the service fee would be waived NOW the ADT tech refusing to come to my house without paying $209!
