In most states, agencies like the State Police remain fully independent from the District Attorney’s Office and only collaborate with prosecutors on a case-by-case basis. By contrast, in Norfolk County, State Police detectives are formally embedded within the DA’s office and work under the DA’s direction on a daily basis. Michael Proctor is not only a complete and utter failure as a moral and ethical human being. He is an indictment of the Massachusetts State Police. AND he is a reflection of the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, one that can only be corrected with a complete overhaul in leadership. ADAM DEITCH FOR DA 🇺🇸

Still playing catch up on Melanie Little’s coverage on the latest KR/TB lawsuit. I didn’t realize such a big # of people first heard about JOK/Karen Read through someone other than @DoctorTurtleboy. I assumed I was in the minority seeing that I’m from Bama. Of course it didn’t take long to hear about him and start following along as he was the one local journalist that appeared to have the most knowledge on the case. In fact, it wasn’t until the day of the infamous “Food Stamp 5+” protest march in Dedham that I officially met him for the first time. The McAlberts & Co. can’t stand the fact that Aidan had big enough balls to actually go against the cautious “norm” of mainstream media and report on their alleged crimes and the ones actually responsible for his death.

100% agree. But they could've filed in Berkshire County and it wouldn't matter. All of MA knows Karen's innocent and they're not. I still think the complaint is mostly a press release and not much of a genuine attempt at obtaining a defamation judgment. Without the NCDAO's concierge legal & PR services or the corrupt protection of local & state LE, they are desperate for ways to peddle their narrative. That would explain why 90% of their complaint is irrelevant to their claims. Several law tubers have noted that some parts are likely to annoy if not offend the judge, eg making a thing out of Jackson's representation of Weinstein. That little nugget is clearly meant to damage Jackson's public image, as well as Karen's civil cases.

@DixieNormu95224 It’s pretty simple Dicksee, the diffusers are damaged very early on and science and physics proved that’s impossible to happen by tapping John’s bumper. This means the damaged happened before Karen pulled out of the garage.

I’m trying to reconcile a few parts of Jen’s testimony across both trials, and I’m genuinely curious how others interpret her testimony and the dash cam footage. In the second trial, Jen says she didn’t realize it was John until she got close and saw Kerry wiping snow from his face. She describes being shocked, frozen, and only then understanding it was him. But during the 911 call, sheanswers yes to the dispatcher when he asked if John had “hit his head.” If she had just realized it was John in that moment and described being stunned and unsure how did she already know (or conclude) that he had hit his head? Also, Jen describes getting into the police cruiser with Karen and Kerry, where they held hands, prayed, and talked while John was being moved to the ambulance. This is notable because she testified to a very similar sequence in the first trial as well, placing that interaction during the time John was being moved. However, dashcam footage shows John being moved around 6:14–6:15, with all three women visible outside the cruiser at that time. I’m not drawing conclusions, I’m just trying to understand how these details fit together across both versions of testimony and the video timeline. If anyone has a clear way to reconcile this, I’d really like to hear it.

Just to clear up some misinformation for idiots who watch my show and don’t understand what words mean - Bradl and Bederow aren’t going anywhere and will both be involved in my defense for the McAlbert lawsuit. We (my attorneys and I) will be adding a distinguished civil litigator in the near future with experience in defamation cases, and we are currently in the process of evaluating who that will be. An announcement will be made when counsel is retained.
