In 2025, our team handled 302,936 total calls for service. From 72,293 emergency 9-1-1 calls to 160,907 non-emergency and 2-1-1 calls, plus 69,736 outgoing and internal calls, our telecommunicators were there around the clock answering when it mattered most.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at ACDC! We hope your day is filled with good food and good company. We had a little fun this year and brought a mini balloon-float parade right into the center. It’s not quite the size of the one on TV, but we think our crew did pretty great!

Thanksgiving Eve is one of the busiest nights on the road. Even “just a few” can put you, your passengers, and everyone around you at risk. If you’re going out, plan a safe ride home. Call a friend, use a rideshare, or hand off the keys. Drive sober tonight.
