The North Park Observation Tower gave visitors who climbed its 154-step spiral staircase a stunning 360-degree view of North Park. Thanks to a $500,000 grant we were just awarded from the Richard King Mellon Foundation, this beloved landmark is one step closer to reopening!

Today, with 28 hard-working volunteers from the @NiSourceInc Charitable Foundation and @ColumbiaGasPA we planted 175 native trees along the Paul Riis Trail near the Cascades in South Park. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who rolled up their sleeves to make an impact!💚

🌱 This September, the Upper Allée Meadow at Round Hill Park was seeded with the support of our partner, Allegheny County Parks. This 3.5-acre meadow was graciously funded by @EQTCorp & supports recommendations in our Ecological Assessment and Action Plan for the park.
