@bitmap_books @FedEx @FedEx didn't do it any better. I requested the book to be taken to the local FedEx office last June 3rd, and they promised it'd be ready in 2 business days. So, it was expected to have the book at the local office today. But they didn't have it. I'll have to keep waiting... 🙄

I'm really displeased with @bitmap_books for the experience I've had purchasing this book. They did ship the book on time, but @FedEx was unable to deliver it because Bitmap apparently didn't include my full address in the order. Now I have to wait another week...

So @Fedex delivers a package and "proves" it by showing a picture of my "mail room". One, that is clearly a front desk. Two, it is not my building. But FedEx won't do anything about it. I have to contact the shipper. Shipper tells me it has "indeed" been delivered and shows me the same picture. I have shown them the difference between their picture and my mail room. Am currently awaiting the next steps. Why is it always on the individual to overcome such incompetence?

@FedEx why won’t your driver deliver my packages to my front door? He just leaves down at my mailbox to get stolen. Tonight’s package weighed over 50lbs and he just left in under my mailbox. Unacceptable

Well, @Walmart & @FedEx are on their bull-ish again. I don’t know why I even bother ordering anything that needs to be shipped from Walmart because they use the useless FedEx as their shipping team & those drivers need to be trained or at least taught how to read a house number.

If you’ve noticed @FedEx getting worse lately, it’s because it has been taken over by Indians, American Customer Support replaced with Indian Call Centers, H1-B Visas requests shot up when the Indian CEO was installed as well. US Companies should be BANNED from Outsourcing.
