separate what? massive additional cost for what? i have no idea what you meant with your first paragraph, my point is that the government should never touch or have anything to do with basically any social program, social programs shouldn't exist the only thing that should exist to help people in need should be charities run by organizations that have nothing to do with the government other than being regulated by it and no one should ever be forced to donate to charities, at most tax incentives should be given to donors, that's all

yet, my point of the image is that anime/cartoon characters do not need to have different eye/nose sizes to make one look feminine and the other masculine, instead you can use actual feminine/masculine characteristics and about the irl male/female faces not matching, that's not entirely true, men and women's biggest facial difference is usually the beard/mustache, men faces tend to look a bit more square/longer on avg, but usually not by much (sometimes nothing at all) i've seen many men that their sisters are basically them without a beard/mustache

In real life if you put a male head on a female body it doesn't look right, even with a more youthful or femenine man the bodyswap will look out of place since real skulls are much more detailed.

You can see sexual differences in the real world, these two people while similar in features are distinctly male and female looks-wise.

yes, and i'm addressing the post that implies that the characteristics in the drawings are realistic, only the rounder/longer face is, the other 2 (eyes/nose) are not, men and women do not have any differences there i never said i had a problem with how an artists chooses to depict whatever they want, art doesn't have to be realistic to be good and i never said otherwise

Actually, there are key differences, albeit hard to see here because of the guy's hair/hoodie. Men have more angular features and generally longer faces, and most distinctly, a prominent brow ridge and adam's apple. Feminine faces are generally softer and rounder, with softer brows that do make the eyes seem slightly bigger (so these features, while subtle in real life, are exaggerated in ANY animation for stylization). Needless to mention the facial hair. As with anime/animation, there are exceptions to the rules. Some guys naturally look more feminine in the face, some ladies more masculine, but like...just because there are some ladies who are tall, that doesn't keep us from saying ladies are generally shorter than guys, you know? 🤷‍♀️

maybe you need to read my comment again word for word i said men and women OF fairly close height should have relatively same sized noses, i never said all men and women are fairly close in height or the exact same nose size if they happen to be everything i said there is correct this is an anime art style and on most animes i've seen in my life most men and women of same/close age in them have a height difference of like 5-10 cm, which is nowhere enough to justify visibly different nose sizes men and women on avg world wide have a difference in height of 12 cm, that is fairly close, you would need a measuring tape to see any difference in nose size, if any
