Interesting concepts. I want a larger community. My follower count is going up organically no matter how many people I block. I'm excited about some new technology that the older technology needs and the world doesn't know about. The target market is everyone that isn't you. The target market is everyone that isn't following me. If I wanted a million bucks, it's rumored I have things I could sell to get a million bucks. If you want a great chart, it's helpful to not have less people willing to sell at a "loss." How do you get less of such people in a chart? Who knows, but I know giving them a bunch of supply ain't the answer. Selling at a "loss" is usually a choice. Want larger community? Good for all things new and old. What new tech that helps old tech? Good for all things new and old. Want chart with less willing to sell at loss? Seems wholesome. If they want to sell lower instead of higher, let 'em, it feels better than someone else selling, Because it has the side benefit that they get less power in the next chart. So yeah, I actually care about the coins I've founded, and I actually have pretty good theories on what's best for 'em. The band aid gets removed quickly. The concept that I'm going to be peer pressured into not doing new and amazing things, because some people prefer to sell at a "loss." is hilarious to me. Particularly when the new thing helps the old thing. The people who do the selling yelling at the people who aren't. New coins and chains and whatever, rehashing the same concepts over and over again launch every day. A couple hundred million here and there, over and over again. I've got something actually cool and unique, but the guys that hurt the last chart are mad they can't hurt the next chart so easily, lol. Maybe by saying mean words on the internet you'll be able to stop me, something nation states weren't able to. Lol. TLDR; I know what I'm doing, better than you. I know what's good for my inventions, better than you. If instead of marketing for me to do what's wrong for me and everyone else, perhaps you market to everyone that's not me, because what you have in your hands really is better than Bitcoin, vastly so, and its market cap is $1,907,662,305,043 That's about $2 Trillion.

I beat the SEC in court. The SEC did not drop its case against me. The judge completely dismissed their case for both failure to state a claim and lack of jurisdiction. This is why PulseChain, PulseX and HEX gained legal certainty that almost no other coin has, even Ethereum. They judge also rejected the SEC's abandoned alter ego theory. This is a victory for open source software, free speech, PLS, PLSX, HEX and I.

Today the SEC notified the court that it “...does not intend to file an amended complaint...” and their deadline to do so has expired. The Court previously dismissed the SEC’s entire case. Richard Heart, PulseChain, PulseX, and HEX have defeated the SEC completely and have achieved regulatory clarity that nearly no other coins have. They're now safer to work with in ways that almost no other coins are. The SEC walked away from some other cryptocurrency cases voluntarily, but this is the only case where the SEC lost and crypto won across the board, with a dismissal in court of every single claim the SEC brought. This is a victory for open-source software, cryptocurrency, and free speech. The SEC actually sued software code itself in this case, claiming it could be an alter ego of a person. This would have set a terrible precedent and caused perhaps multiple billions of dollars of damage to the vital open source and free software industry that powers most of the Internet and your speech on it.

Bitcoin Who is to blame for low prices? You, the sellers, present and past. The governments for dumping Billions (Germany, USA.) The hackers and exploiters, and those who go hacked. The forced sellers who thought borrowing wasn't selling. Those sitting in "stables" instead of real coins. Fans of POW that gave billions to power companies. Billions wasted in brand advertising on stadiums and sports teams that never even generate a click. Oh and the regulatory agencies that for a decade spread fear and confusion about a simple public immutable ledger. Oh, and the Billion in legal fees dealt to the industry, as reported from some association whose name I can't remember. Oh, and the bankruptcies from all the companies you idiots gave your money and coins to. And the $1B+ that went to lawyer fees there, lol. All of this adds up to more supply in the market, which makes lower prices. These are mostly supply side things. Then there's the demand side. You have no call center, you do not outbound calling, you do no email, you do no physical mail, you have no ads anywhere, why would anyone buy? They've never heard of you. Reduce supply. Reduce inflation. Reduce costs. Increase demand. Compete and win. You really have world changing technology and when it stops going down, it tends to go up the hardest. Ethereum, stop building and start marketing, what you've got is already far far better than it needs to be, and you're already incurring tech debt for no reason with half the things your pushing, that no end user actually wants. Like, making everyone use L2s, instead of the L1. Dumb. And finally, if the game is what is going to get back up the hardest, I think PulseX, PulseChain, and HEX are pretty cool. Or maybe something pump dot tires will garner attraction outside the community.
