I was a pro NFL player.
Then, I joined a 9-5 job in Corporate America.
Today, I make multiple 7-figures with my trucking business.
Here’s my story from going broke to being a millionaire:
Growing up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, life was simple yet full of promise.
My parents, Alvin and Donna Tarver, instilled in me the values of hard work and perseverance from a young age.
Blessed with athletic talent, I excelled in football, scoring touchdowns from the moment I touched the ball.
That drive led me through middle school and high school, earning me a college scholarship.
My journey took a thrilling turn when I entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent, playing for both the Cleveland Browns and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
But just days before Christmas, my dream was ripped away when I was cut from the team.
It was a devastating blow, sending my world into a tailspin. I returned home, feeling lost and unsure of my next move.
Turning to my father for guidance, I realized that despite the setback, I had a college degree and a hunger for success.
I dove into Corporate America, starting from the bottom but quickly climbing the ladder.
Terry Philpot became a mentor, teaching me the ropes of logistics and supply chain management.
With his guidance, I traveled the world, soaking in knowledge and experience.
Yet, despite my corporate success, I yearned for more.
When Amazon offered me a chance to join their logistics program, I saw it as an opportunity to reignite my passion.
Five years flew by, but I felt a new itch for adventure.
That's when Amazon introduced the DSP program, and I seized the chance to start my own delivery service provider – People First Logistics.
Starting with just five drivers and trucks, I poured everything into my business.
But the relentless pace took its toll, leading to a personal crisis and a stint in the mental hospital. It was a wake-up call.
I realized I needed to automate and delegate to thrive.
Transforming my business, I empowered others to lead alongside me.
People First Logistics flourished, surpassing $3 million in revenue annually.
Now, I'm embracing the challenges of the online world with DSP Mastery, determined to continue growing and inspiring others to join me on this incredible journey.
That’s just how my life went from 0 to 100.
If I could do it, you can too.
Peace out.
