These people have a resentful hunter-gatherer’s conception of wealth. For them, wealth is stumbling on to a fresh woolly mammoth carcass. When Charlie and I had just started dating, we went to a UFC fight together, so when we found out about it as a possibility for 250th we were so stoked and made plans to be there...what a memory that would’ve been to share with our grandkids one day.

She found it in her heart to forgive the shooter almost immediately. Yet she struggles with the rest of us asking questions and wanting answers?
At this point, it just feels like textbook emotional manipulation — weaponizing grief to shut down any questions that go beyond the official narrative.
Especially when challenging power and rejecting official narratives was the core of everything @charliekirk11 stood for.
