You are very foolish, Onyinye. My first tweet on this issue was calling out the cultural degeneracy in Delta State. You are not just miserable, you are pathetic, because the pain women endured doesn’t matter to you, all that matters is centering Igbo men. You are pathetic. Tueh!

I remember last year when some Urhobo folks jumped on Twitter to lecture Igbo people about patriarchy & misogyny, even their women joined the choir 😂 Not knowing say their own culture get special 'days' wey men suppose molest & rape women for festival.

I can see the culture vultures are at it again. Trying to steal Igbo historical archives again. This specific video came from Basden's collection, specifically Collection 4. Months ago when Vivian Rora posted the market scene, they tried to steal am. This guy just posted the church scene, they are trying to steal it again 🥹😤. Wetin these culture vultures no go steal? Na to thief everything wey dey Africa dey hungry am. Other African groups may tolerate it especially the Hausa-Fulani but ndi Igbo...KWECHIRI. Don't allow am. This event took place in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria and has no connection to the Ibo people. The third image even shows a woman fully dressed in Yoruba women’s regalia. This kind of cultural misrepresentation needs to be addressed. Perhaps it’s time for stronger accountability measures, including formal recognition and protection of cultural content.
