I’ve found another way to activate both wings instead of sacrificing a side by using a makeshift full-back and isolating the winger.
This needs De Jong or Bernal to step down to the defence, but Cubarsí can't live his CCB dreams, while Bastoni can continue his wide defending.

Barça defence: The String Theory Barça play a back four with an LB, LCB, RCB and RB in a straight line to maintain the offside trap. In build up, this line becomes lopsided. In Barça’s case, it usually tilts to the left, with Balde or Cancelo as the advanced full back.

But i am not convinced with balde preformance i think we may need to get brown and sell him

Flick will always prefer a defensive RB who can step in as a third CB, so Lamine is unlikely to get a technical full back partner.
The closest option is Josh Acheampong.
There are other options, but since Lamine lacks aerial presence, an RB strong in that area would be ideal.
