Consistency is showing up with purpose — even when nobody’s watching. Had some great individual workouts yesterday, and now we’re right back in the gym this morning getting after it at our Presidents' Day Clinic. Growth lives in the daily work. No shortcuts. Just commitment. 💪

Another great Sunday in the gym. Locked in, competing, and putting real work into their craft. Super proud of these players for choosing growth, showing up consistently, and stacking good days on top of each other. That commitment is what leads to real improvement. 💪🏀
