Turks were referred to as Turks in both the 1000s and the 1500s. However, your people were referred to as Romans and Albanians before 1800. If there is an artificial identity, it is the Greeks.

If I had to bet, I would bet there is almost no Turkish DNA even amongst Turks. Data supports this, not assumptions.
Also, I see no reason to share Thessaloniki with a nation of kurdoarmenians.

@feslibeyefendi That is exactly why it is very important that Turks today, deny when asked to take a DNA test. Always deny and have a stupid excuse ready.
