RIP Bill Quinlisk My long time friend Bill Quinlisk passed away late Monday. Bill & I worked together on @usatf Cross Country almost 2 decades, especially the USATF Club XC championships and USATF XC Champs. This past December Bill was elected chair of USATF Masters LDR Comm.
