AI agents are now core to how Salesforce is built, deployed, and scaled. 2. Salesforce Headless 360 is the headline announcement. Everything on the platform is now an API, MCP tool, or CLI command. Agents and dev tools can access the full Salesforce stack without ever opening a browser. That's a fundamental architectural change. 3. AgentExchange just launched — a unified marketplace merging AppExchange, Slack Marketplace, and the Agentforce ecosystem into one storefront. 13,000+ listings. A $50M Builders Fund. AI agents on Slack are up 300% since January. 4. The free Developer Edition upgrade is a big deal.
