WHY PAYING 145B FOR TALANTA STADIUM IS WORTH IT: Ruto knew that Kenyan leaders are very corrupt and once you avail money in cash for a project,they would steal leaving the project incomplete. For this reason,using loans payable for over 30 years was the best option. The whole project will cost Kenya 145B which will not be expensive if we pay for many years. Paying with our taxes would have been cheaper but the problem is people would steal instantly. Building infrastructure on loan is good because there is no money to steal. Remember SGR was constructed in Cash given as a loan. It was squandered before it reached Kisumu by a few people. The only way to fight corruption in Kenya is by avoiding cash dealings, loans are the best option for Kenya. Ruto is wise like Solomon
