Because of Porter’s mismanagement: I’ve wasted 2 whole days Traveled 2 hours each way, twice for nothing Got no accountability, no proper support This has been an extremely unprofessional experience.

I asked to move the booking to Sunday. Porter agreed. Tried calling the partner from 12:30PM. He first said he’ll arrive at 3PM, then backed out. Support again just looped me in conference calls. They promised reassignment, but by 8PM → still nothing.

Booking was for 2PM, later shifted to 3PM. No partner assigned until I called support. Assigned partner refused, saying he was informed just 20 mins earlier. Spent 3–6PM on endless calls with support → no resolution.

I want to disconnect my broadband as I haven't used it since August. Despite multiple attempts, customer care avoids the issue and responds rudely. Now, I'm receiving spam calls to pay for unused services. @airtelindia

@UIDAI it's been more than 64 days since the update request, I've also tried visiting the the aadhar centre multiple times but the staff is always non corporative. I need a resolution immediately. @ceo_uidai @UIDAIDelhi @GoI_MeitY
