@Karudon_DK @Typerighting What? I never said there was a current faction war. I said we can have two narratives for Alliance and Horde. Horde players can get a Horde vibe and Alliance can get there's. That's the best compromise for the conversation. There's a big divide in Warcraft fans on the direction.

I mean this with no disrespect. Play another game. WoW from 2004 to now has been about the Factions. If you get into WoW, which has plastered the faction divide as a central theme since inception - even with WC1 & WC2 & WC3 - and you don't like it? Play another MMORPG.

I am glad Destiny 2 is dying. It was done after the witness died. @Bungie should spend the last bit of energy by adding back in the stuff the took out instead of adding anything new. Let the game go out with all of the content it the players paid for. The Red War. The raids. Anything they took out. Put that shit back. The players deserve it. The players are owed it. Then let it go. Marathon and Destiny 3.

@Karudon_DK @Typerighting Yeah, no. We can very much not have the faction war in the game, but very much keep a Horde and Alliance storylines unique. Why would a Horde player want to vibe with an Alliance lore character and vice versa? Its very clear that a large part of the players do not vibe with it.

@Typerighting Spot on. They need to drop this bullshit of one storyline. WOTLK hit this perfectly with multiple stories on both sides of the continent. Humans, Orcs, and Undead. You saw a lot of perspectives. Imagine being Horde and being forced to care about Alliance characters.

@A_dmg04 We were all abandoned. Bungie let us all die while we gave hours, dollars, and dedication to Destiny. No one can even find people to do activities with and the LFG channels are abandoned. The Guardian Games will be nothing the same way they've been nothing for years.

@Claudionorlc @tentakvlt Little incorrect on this. The purpose of the Undead with COFS is to strive to preserve yourself while being Undead and delving into Shadow/Void. Think of trying to tread water and not drown. Being Undead and not going mindless or insane is part of their struggle of being Undead.

@tentakvlt Undead are immune to the Void, therefore Arthas DK would have a MUCH superior racial advantage over Xal'atah. Arthas DK with Frostmourne and the ability to devour, ironically, the essence of every creature of the Devouring Host it unleashes against him?

@LunethD Kael'thas got the short end of the stick way too much in wow lore. Seeing these two parallels is crazy. Kael'thas was legendary and shouldn't be forgotten like this. Clear internal favoritism behind the scenes on this one.

The Kael'thas slander WILL stop. Play Warcraft III to see that he was just as much of a hero to Quel'Thalas as Sylvanas was in life. The statues of Kael'thas weren't built by him, they were built by the people to honor what he did for them to survive. 🫵🔥

@stupidsexysnaro @Pyrogar1 Exactly this. Also, it makes sense to have him as a representative of some kind. In life, he was known for his connections and as Khadgar described him in the Second War as being an individual who "radiated Peace". So, him being the bridge makes total sense.

He kind of came back during Legion and was working on making Calia a thing. Sylvanas killed her because she thought she was a threat to her power, so he and Andiun IIRC brought her back. He's taken on the title of 'Bishop of Secrets' and has been sort of doing background shit and working alongside Calia. He's not explicitly Forsaken, but being what he is and his closeness to Calia, he hangs around there.

Great cinematic, but I have one complaint and many might see it as a nitpick and derivative of the cinematic itself but like; what is Faol doing in Lordaeron? Is there a story beat I missed? If he's integrated into the Forsaken that's really cool but also, like, since when? Lol
