Oh noes. Another “unflattering” picture of Pete Hegseth. Would be such a shame if people saw it.

🚨🇺🇸 🇮🇷 THE GULF’S MILITARY REALITY CHECK MENA Terrorism Expert Malcolm Nance reminds us that Gulf families are far less capable in combat than many assume. Nance cites the Yemen conflict where the Houthis successfully destroyed M1 tanks and littoral combat ships with basic anti-ship missiles. The Navy Sr Chief warns that Iran is playing "long ball," waiting to see if the Gulf states can handle a year-long swarm of drones. Malcolm believes the regional security guarantee was a hollow promise that is now being tested by fire. @MalcolmNance

🚨🇺🇸 🇮🇷 THE REALIST’S TARGET ASSESSMENT Navy Sr Chief Malcolm Nance challenges the "hawkish" narrative that hitting 70,000 targets equates to victory. Malcolm argues that decapitation strikes often just "upgrade" the leadership to a more radical and supercharged model. The x5 NYT Bestselling Author notes that even a single hit on a supertanker will end all maritime insurance and freeze global trade. Nance concludes that the war will only end when political and financial pressure forces a declaration of victory to cut losses. @MalcolmNance

Former FBI Agent: What the FBI needs is an unbiased leader, somebody with investigative and operational experience, and a commitment to public service and justice. Unfortunately, I do not see that in the current director. The country is less safe under his leadership.

Cooper: I'm confident that our efforts, particularly focused on degrading the Iranian military, will set conditions for the future of Hormuz. You now see multinational and national organizations stepping up. I am confident. 3X

Cooper: We continue to stand shoulder to shoulder in what has been established as the largest umbrella of air defense in the Middle East history. We're seeing it today, a very thick defensive umbrella that we've put around all the countries, and we're working very closely with everyone. 2/

Brad Cooper, CENTCOM commander: The Strait of Hormuz is physically open to transit. The reason that ships are not transiting right now is because the Islamic Republic is shooting at them with drones and missiles. Our job is to decrease the Iran's ability to attack shipping. 1/

During wartime, we usually see near-daily briefings from top US military officials who feel an obligation to update the public. But not this time. There have only been six Pentagon briefings since the strikes in Iran started.

Ukraine Battle Map
Ukraine Battle Map@ukraine_map·
If Iran 🇮🇷 has FPV and Fiber Optic Drones, then US soldiers could suffer significant casualties. They will come face to face with the reality of ground warfare, which is why such a mission is extremely risky. The size of the area of US control on that map is equivalent to the size of England and has a population of 4.5 million. ~8,000 US soldiers won’t be able to control that large of an area, and the US would likely focus on a much smaller area, like Kharg island or parts of Qeshm Island near the coast of Iran, like you had mentioned in option 1. An operation to seize, one of the only remaining and threatening parts, not targeted yet in Iran’s nuclear program, the 440kg of 60% enriched uranium, is also extremely risky, and would put dozens of US soldiers lives at risk. The 440kg of 60% enriched uranium (U-235) cannot be used in a nuclear weapons until it gets enriched to 90% (U-235) or higher, which would take years to even have a chance of occurring since Iran’s enrichment facilities, centrifuge factories, and research centers were destroyed by US and Israeli strikes. The vast majority of Iran’s nuclear program was completely destroyed by the US and Israel, and Iran was set back several years before they could get back to the point they were at in May 2025. Seizing Kharg Island with US troops is not necessary, since the vast majority of remaining military targets could be bombed and the Island could be placed under a full naval blockade, stopping Iran from exporting 90% of it’s oil and gas to other countries, mainly China, which makes up, ~80% of Iran’s revenue from exports.

This Sniper says that he’s almost positive that the U.S is prepared to put troops on the ground in Iran after the 82nd Airborne was notified and their planes are sitting ready on the ground! He says there will be mass casualties if this happens! 🤬

Why isn’t the U.S. Navy clearing the Strait of Hormuz? It’s not just a policy choice—it’s a math problem. The current strategy involves a phased plan to de-escalate the Iranian military , but the U.S. lacks the "low-end" frigates and escort vessels needed to move 3,000+ ships safely. Watch how Air Canada Collided With a Fire Truck at LaGuardia Sunday night, March 22, 2026. LaGuardia Airport is already stretched thin. A United Airlines flight has aborted its takeoff after an anti-ice warning light comes on, flight attendants in the back are feeling ill from an unknown odor, and the crew declares an emergency when no gates are immediately available. A Port Authority fire truck, Truck 1, is dispatched to respond. At the same time, Air Canada Express Flight 8646, a Jazz Aviation Bombardier CRJ-900 operating from Montreal Trudeau International Airport, is on final approach to Runway 4. The lone controller on duty, simultaneously managing both ground and tower operations, clears Truck 1 to cross the runway. Seconds later, as Flight 8646 is landing at between 93 and 105 miles per hour, he realises his mistake. He calls for the truck to stop. Over and over. It is too late. The CRJ-900 strikes the fire truck on Runway 4. The impact destroys the cockpit and tears open the front fuselage. Both pilots are killed. A Delta flight on approach is sent around. Jazz 646 comes to rest on the runway, its nose elevated, its cockpit gone. LaGuardia closes entirely. 72 passengers and four crew members were on board. 41 people are taken to hospital. The fire truck had been sent to help one emergency. It became another.
