Life update: I got my service dog in training AND my emotional support kitten 🥹 dreams are coming true!

Amen! He really did. He thought of everything! Marijuana is the only thing that helps. I’ve tried antidepressants and all I’ll say is I’ll never go back to that. I’m trying to quit THC all together, before I turn 28 🙏🏼 And you are so right. Going for walks with the dog and getting in the gym has been incredibly helpful for me.

@AncestorAligned Amen to that. God knew what he was doing when he made such pure hearted animals. Some people say medical marijuana helps them a lot better than taking Xanax and other big pharma products. I know this sounds basic but walking 3-4 miles a day helps a lot with panic attacks.

Awww I’m already reaping the benefits as a trauma survivor, makes it so much easier to not use my medical marijuana card. I have panic attacks and the dog will come lay on me and kiss me and give me that look like he knows I’m not okay. It helps so much. Just got the kitty last night but just her smell is calming. She is soooo sweet 🥰
