The report card from Harrisburg is in and the results are alarming.
Just 12% of Harrisburg High School students are proficient in reading.
Only 2% are proficient in math.
And science proficiency is just 3%.
Our students deserve better. It’s time for Pennsylvania to opt-in to the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit and give families real options at getting a quality education.
