Classic Peutz-Jeghers polyp of the duodenum. Zones of site-specific mucosa (duodenal) are separated by cords of smooth muscle. Although WHO requires 3+ polyps to confirm, it should probably be considered if even a single polyp is observed. From @TheUSCAP honoree @LizMontgomeryMD

@Andy_pathology My guess is that CD34 is marking capillary endothelial cells, which when compressed together in an area of atelectasis can give the impression of positive staining of a mass lesion. May we see an image of that stain?
